New Year’s Resolution. New Shoes.

We hope you have enjoyed a happy and healthy festive season and have lots of exciting things planned for Year 2015. 

Like many of us, you have probably set your New Year’s resolutions. Have you ever considered to include foot health in your resolution? The American Podiatric Medical Association says that the average person takes 8,000 to 10,000 steps a day. This is the equivalent of several kilometres (KM). They all add up to about 185,000 KM in a lifetime. That’s like walking around the world four times. Our feet absorb.....
